Macaron Recipe

Recently I tried these delicious macarons in a French bakery in London. They were fantastic and I have been looking for a recipe for them.

I found a very nice one in ChocoParis.com. You can read it HERE.
It can be made with vainilla, strawberry...

And if you have never tried them, I really recommend this tasty dessert.

    I've still never tried to make macarons. di d you find it was important to leave the egg whites for a few days to weaken them?

    @Ruth: I made some without letting the egg-whites wait and they turned out great. I would say give it a try :)
