The Artist Behind The Shop: Jas From BejeweledArts

Today I´m back with this section of my blog. This time I would like to introduce you to this amzing artist from Etsy!

When did you start crafting? What was your motivation?

Hi my name is Jas I am from NEW JERSEY,I am very artistic in nature and I wanted to do this always ,now because of etsy I got the opportunity to do this. Its like a dream come true. I like handmade things ever since I could remember. I always make my own clothes during special occasions. I learned how to sew, do crochet, and embroidery from watching my mom and grandmother.Jewelry was a new found talent I never knew I had. I very excited that I combine my technique in crochet and beading.

Which one of your designs makes you feel prouder of yourself?

I love my all creations but this one of my favorite from my shop which makes me feel proud on myself-

What kind of things inspire you?
And I always get Inspired when I get Positive feedback's for my work and hearts on my items and shop.

Do you have any favorite book, movie, comic, etc? Which one and why is it your favorite?
My favorite Movie is Forrest Gump because it reminds me that dedication and hard work leads to success even for lesser gifted souls.
If you could choose any fictional character (from books, movies, comics, etc), which one would you like to be? Why?
No particular choice.

Do you have any mania or obsession?
My mania is Work work work until I get success.

Is there a place you´ve visited that left a big impression in you? If so, why?
I love New york city as Its a melting pot for fashion and culture from across the world and you get to learn allot every time just by being in the city.

Would you like to share any advice with your fellow artists?
I would like to say to my fellow artist that-Just do what you're best at and enjoy every moment of it.

Where can people find you? (blog, twitter, flickr, facebook...)
My twitter-
My facebook fan page-

Anything else you´d like to share?
I would like to say-DREAM MORE WHILE YOU ARE AWAKE. And realize that Life is a school and you are here to learn and pass all your test. Problem are simply part of curriculum that fade away like algebra class but the lesson you learn will last forever. Thanks all-:)

Thank very much Jas!
