My Trip To The Netherlands (Pictures)

I would like to share with you some of the pictures I took during my trip to The Netherlands some weeks ago.

A wide view of the Schipol Airport (Amsterdam).

Here you can see another view of the airport, from the outside. Really nice weather.

This is Amsterdam Centraal Station, really big. It was built in 1889.

This was my view from the hotel room. It was a really peaceful place, very cozy.

I walked a lot and I found some quiet and beautiful neighborhoods, like these ones:

The following pictures were taken near to the Maastricht Train Station. There was a flea market with some interesting things displayed.

Look at this, yummy! :) There was a huge line to buy one.

Some views of the river Maas:

Take a look at these beautiful buildings!:

Some pictures taken from the boat I took through the river Maas. We went to the border with Belgium and back:

This was the place were Craftpaking was celebrated:

And this was the place were the Slavante restaurant was placed, with a wonderful view:

I hope you enjoyed the pictures, I had a great time there :)
Thanks for reading!

Craftparking 2009: A Wonderful Experience!

This past Sunday (08/16), several members of the European Street Team in Etsy attended to Craftparking 2009.

It was a wonderful experience for me. I had the chance to meet the fantastic people from the team. I feel so lucky, I could share a great time with all these extraordinary friends.

My boyfriend, Jaime, and I took two planes (and three trains lol) all the way from the Canary Islands to Netherlands. We had lovely time there, we really enjoyed Maastricht (very beautiful city).

Jaime had the interesting idea of recording as much as he could, the Craftparking event. And as a result, he made this video you can see in this post (which moved me after watching it). He hopes you like it too.

The atmosphere of the craft fair was fun and exciting. Here I show you some pictures I took (well, Jaime did, haha), these are the lovely people I had the luck to meet:

When the fair finished, we went to have dinner to a very nice restaurant. We had a wonderful time, we could chat, laugh and we could say good bye to our deeply loved friend Kerrin (who will be coming back home soon).

I want to thank Vanessa (Kerrin´s friend) for her great help all the time and for being such a wonderful person. You are such a "jewel", you make everything sparkling with your personality.

For Kerrin: all the team members are going to miss you a lot. You know you are very loved here and I hope your future will be full of happiness.

Thank you to the charming Mitsy for all your help, and also to Kim!

To all of you, It was great to meet you! (including Nicole from www.babongo.etsy.com), we had a wonderful time, and I hope to meet you some day again.
